Connections in Time

Diamond is a material that lasts forever. It symbolizes the things we cherish most and hope will last. For me those things are human connections. My diamond rings make me think of my loved ones and reminisce about the times we’ve spent together.

I wanted to create an unconventional take on the diamond ring – something that emphasizes the way a diamond can establish connections across time.

The three layers of the ring represent the past, present and future. The diamond studded roots of the ring are the past that we hold and cherish. On top of that sits the present, upon which the future casts a shadow, set in darker diamonds. The diamond at the top represents us and our connection to others - the common thread that runs through everything else.
